Sarah Frances Tulley married Charles Milsom on 19 April 1849 at St Mary's Church, Bathwick, Bath. Sarah's parents were Francis Tulley and Sarah (nee Smith). Francis Tulley was a confectioner who lived in Argyle Street, Bath and his next door neighbours were Charles Milsom Senior and his wife Hannah. It is quite conceivable that this is how Charles Junior and Sarah Tulley met each other, as neighbours. |
